Gafcon provided a full range of program management services including RFP preparation and response review; partnering session leadership; budgeting and estimating; scheduling; project controls; change order management; claims dispute resolution and claims avoidance; shop drawing and submittal management; public works contract law research; chaired coordination meetings; coordination of technical inspection services; labor compliance; coordination with stakeholders; project close-out administration; and move-in planning and coordination.

Again, in 2015, the City of Coronado selected Gafcon as their project manager/construction manager for the new City Hall and Town Hall, as well as other capital improvement projects.
