Fred Parker will oversee operations and efficiency for Gafcon’s core practice areas in construction program and project management.
SAN DIEGO (August 10, 2018)---Gafcon, Inc.’s Fred Parker was recently promoted to director of operations, where he will pursue strategic growth initiatives, process improvement and staff development. Parker will maintain his role on the $450 million Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District bond program which he has managed for the past two years.
Gafcon is a leader in construction project management, representing owners and overseeing major developments throughout California and worldwide. The director of operations role was created to strengthen Gafcon’s focus on effectively delivering projects for clients. Parker will be out in the field to make sure that every Gafcon project is operating transparently and efficiently.

Fred Parker was promoted to director of operations for Gafcon, Inc., a
construction program management firm with offices in San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County.
Along with Robin Duveen, COO, and Ron Takaki, VP of Operations, Fred will also help navigate and grow consulting services within Gafcon. “Gafcon is committed to operational excellence so we can consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients - the Gafcon way” says Parker, who previously worked at Balfour Beatty Construction and earned his M.B.A. in business management at the University of Jos in Jos, Nigeria.
