Gafcon, Inc. is collaborating with  Jerico Development  and  The Ratkovich Company  by providing pre-construction and project management services for the $150M public market in San Pedro located on 42-acres of waterfront property. This project, which started as a shared vision between the Port of Los Angeles and the local San Pedro community, was memorialized in the 2009 San Pedro Waterfront Environmental Impact Report/Statement (EIR) .
