Specialty Experience

Every project is unique -- some more than others. Gafcon understands that each client's needs vary depending on the project. Gafcon provides construction services on several "specialty" projects including airports, skate parks, golf courses and fairgrounds.

The Great Park - Irvine, CA

This 1,347-acre park will be a major metropolitan park and the focal point of the larger 4,700-acre former Marine Corps Air Statioin El Toro. Park will include extensive natural and recreational areas and cultural uses.

Del Mar Fairgrounds - Del Mar, CA

Gafcon was retained to manage a multiple project improvement program to the Fairgrounds. Projects included satellite wagering facility, new horse arena and barns, grandstand and major upgrading of site infrastructure.

Arrowood Golf Course - Oceanside, CA

Gafcon provided construction management services to this world-class 18-hole golf course along with its 5,500 square foot clubhouse and maintenance facility. Gafcon also oversaw the grading of 2.5 M cubic yards of rough grading needed to prepare for construction in the surrounding community.
