The Alhambra - Alhambra, CA

This residential, office and retail project combines high density mixed-use construction with lushly landscaped gardens and plazas. Construction includes 351 condominium units situated in eight buildings, a total of 599,000 square feet.

China Basin Landing - San Francisco, CA

This 800,000 square foot historical warehouse converted to commercial and retail offices is the largest waterfront office facility in San Francisco. Renovation tasks included wharf replacement, storefront resurfacing and mechanical, electrical/HVAC systems installed.

Tony Hawk Complex - Vista, CA

Gafcon managed and constructed the modifications of this two-story, multi-office and warehouse facility. The facility consists of a 3,760 square foot office building with mezzanine and 9,540 square feet of warehouse space with a 75-foot interior skate ramp.
