Heritage Park Plaza - National City, CA
Gafcon provided Real Estate Economics services by preparing economic and market feasibility studies for this mixed use project. Heritage Park Plaza sits on a two-acre site located within the Downtown National City Redevelopment project area.
ALTA - San Diego, CA
Gafcon provided construction management and QA/QC services on this mixed-use high-rise. Twenty-one stories of residential living and ground floor commercial space comprise 213,000 square feet. Subterranean parking accomodates 256 parking spaces.
