Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District - El Cajon, CA

Gafcon was selected to develop a $250 million capital construction and renovation program for two campuses. Already having completed much-needed repair, renovation and upgrades on various facilities, there are six major new projects underway.

The Accelerated School -
Los Angeles, CA

At over 100,000 SF, this four-story, steel brace-framed building was built on an existing 4.1 acre campus with new classrooms, gymnasium, kitchen, play area and multipurpose room.

Sweetwater Union High School District - Chula Vista, CA

Gafcon is providing program management for projects focusing on aging classrooms, increasing enrollments, safety issues, increased technology demands and growing community needs. The District consists of 27 campuses serving aprroximately 41,000 students.
