Gafcon assisted in preparing the master plan proposed for the construction of a Class III gaming facility with approximately 2,000 slot machines and 80 blackjack tables sited within trust lands on the San Pasqual Indian Reservations. The project centers around a two-story 347,476 square foot gaming facility which includes the casino (68,599 sq ft), restaurants with dining areas (21,366 sq ft), a buffet (16,980 sq ft), a hotel, entertainment area with a cabaret, a gift shop, children’s guest services and ancillary areas (247,531 sq ft). Inclusive of the facility is the 174,125 square foot hotel that includes 238 rooms, including a lobby, meeting facility and support facilities. Overall the facility includes 347,476 square feet of building and approximately 50 acres of overall development. In addition, a commercial wastewater disposal system with a pretreatment gallery, water system development and associated circulation and parking.
